Multi-Vendor Marketplace

Overview

A full-scale multi-vendor marketplace built at Nex Bridge Solutions, allowing vendors to list products, manage inventory, and process orders — with a unified buyer experience across all storefronts.

Challenge

Handling vendor isolation (each seller sees only their own data), consistent pricing rules across storefronts, and a performant product search across millions of listings.

Solution

Used row-level security in PostgreSQL for vendor data isolation, Elasticsearch for product search, and a shared cart/checkout engine in Nest.js. Built separate vendor and buyer React portals sharing a component library.
