Bot Management & Data Automation Platform

Overview

A Windows-based bot orchestration platform built to automate complex, multi-source data workflows. The system manages concurrent bot instances, executes custom scripts, and integrates browser extension-based extraction — reducing manual processing overhead for business operations teams.

Challenge

The client needed to automate 50+ distinct data-collection workflows across web portals, PDFs, and REST APIs — each with different authentication, structure, and frequency. Existing RPA tools were too rigid and expensive. The platform also needed a non-technical admin interface for scheduling and monitoring.

Solution

Designed a modular plugin architecture where each integration type (web scraper, API caller, PDF parser) is a self-contained Node.js module loaded at runtime. Built a React admin dashboard for scheduling, real-time log streaming, and alert configuration. Developed a browser extension for sites that block automated access.
